Initially, we will arrange a no-obligation phone consultation to understand the issue that you would like coaching for. If both parties are happy to proceed then a face-to-face meeting will be set up. A series of 6 sessions lasting between 90 and 120 minutes would normally be agreed upon, to be held on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This can then be followed up with monthly sessions as required.
